You're probably wondering what Discursive Labs is all about?
It's the brainchild of Nicholas Villani. A digital entrepreneur, consultant and product manager with over 15 years of experience in technology, training and marketing communications. Originally from Australia, Nick moved to the UK in 2014 and started Toastd, a food pop-up in Old Street tube station, selling thick slices of sourdough bread, mounded with avocado and grilled lime to thousands of satisfied commuters.
What was primarily an exercise in branding, served to be the perfect platform to talk to the thousands of tech entrepreneurs who worked around silicon roundabout. Even back then, it was clear that industry would be exempt from the impact of digitization
From there, Nick went on to work with a range of companies, designing products and training programmes to help them transform by better understanding their consumers. The pinnacle of these was Squared Online, an immersive digital marketing leadership programme developed with Google.
Nick is available as a freelance trainer, consultant and conference speaker.
